Special design of body parts

Rigid O-shaped machine bed, which is produced by using composite structures and special grades of cement, allows you to effectively dampen vibrations (4 times more effective than cast iron) and install the machine without a special foundation while maintaining the geometric dimensions and accuracy of manufacturing parts throughout the entire life of the equipment.

The design of the complex has:

• a protective cabinet system with viewing windows that do not transmit infrared radiation from the laser;
• a system for removing metal dust and gaseous compounds from the working area, which provides for containerized, sealed collection.
